S.Piero a Sieve have two stations, the first one is Campomigliaio, it is one of the new ones, there the inaugural train did just a brief stop and escaped me, the picture below have been got on the run of third special.
For the curious the special train left FIrenze S.M.N. on track 16, arrived at Campo Marte on track 7 (That is the main one for that line) then on track 1 on all other stations. It is interenting to note that for all Stations the main track is the number 2, althought switches are made with a permitted speed of 60 km/h on secondary track.
From S. Piero the train begin a fast run to Borgo s.Lorenzo, on the only flat section of the line.
