Recent research activities, confirmed also by the publication on international journals, deal with climate change and particularly to the study of its impacts on the hydrological cycle components, climate change downscaling for ecological and hydrological applications (Fatichi et al., 2012a,b,c; Fatichi et al., 2011; 2010a,b); time series analysis, trends detection and long memory processes (Fatichi et al., 2009; Fatichi&Caporali, 2009; Fatichi&Caporali, 2008).
